The Sri Lanka Library Association inaugurated its new web site today (18, December 2009) at a function held at 4.30pm at the Auditorium of the Organisation of Professional Associations (OPA), Sri Lanka.
Professor A.D.V.de S. Indrarathne, President, OPA graced the occasion as the Chief Guest, while Dr.Ruvan Weerasinghe, Director, UCSC, University of Colombo was the Guest of Honour. Mr.Upali Amarasiri, President SLLA and Dr.Ruwan Gamage, Coordinator, SLLA web site also delivered presentations.
SLLA wishes to thank members, well-wishers and media personnel who attended the event with great enthusiasm.
