The President of the SLLA, Dr.(Mrs.) Pradeepa Wijetunge welcomed the guests and the Conference Chair Mr.T.Ramanan also addressed the gathering.The NACLIS 2017 conference proceedings was launched and it was handed over by presenting it over to the dignitaries guests and delegates by conference chair in the inaugural session of the conference. There are 14 papers presented by the scholars in the technical sessions.
